• Frame Construction: The back frame is made from mild steel tubing (2” x 1”, ⅛” thick) with a 1” face visible from the rear for enhanced bracing and support.
• Material Options: Prefer a lighter finish? Panels can also be fabricated in aluminum upon request. Please reach out to us for a custom quotation.
• Dimensions:
  • Complete Width includes the total span of the gate panel, hinge plates/posts, hinges, and the swing clearance required.
  • Complete Height includes standard ground clearance of 3”, unless otherwise specified.
• Mounting Choices: Choose between plate-mounted or post-mounted hinge systems. For any size adjustment or custom configuration, please contact our team.
• Hinges:
  • Single swing panels include screw-on hinges in the package.
  • Double swing gates come with small black barrel hinges pre-welded on both the gate frame and hinge plates or steel posts.
• Installation Made Easy:
  • Hinge plates are pre-drilled for convenient setup.
  • Posts feature pre-welded tabs and holes for simple alignment and secure fitting.
  • Refer to product images for installation guidance.
• Locking Options: Add a lock set that suits your preference — screw-on latch, single-hole handle lock, dual-hole handle with deadbolt, or keypad lock.
• Color & Finish:
  • All panels come with a zinc primer base coat and a durable powder-coated top finish.
  • Custom color finishes are available — please contact us for special color requests.
  • Note: Color shades may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and device displays.
• Precision Tolerance: Please allow a tolerance range of 1/16” to ⅛” in very rare cases of final fabrication.
• Safety Note: Some panels and gates may have sharp edges. These are decorative products and not intended for children’s play or climbing by anyone.

• Return Shipping:
  Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if they choose to return a product for reasons other than damage or specification mismatch.
• Quality Assurance:
  Each product undergoes multiple inspection stages before dispatch to ensure top quality and safe packaging.
• Damage Reporting:
  Any visible damage to the exterior packaging or product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
