Refund and Returns Policy

At Ornate Iron Decor, we take pride in crafting and delivering high-quality custom metalwork and décor items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been damaged during shipping, or
  • An incorrect design or item has been delivered compared to the confirmed order.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase and clear images/videos of the damage or incorrect item must be provided.

Please Note:
Returns are not accepted for any other reasons. This includes dissatisfaction, change of mind, or custom/made-to-order products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders – All bespoke gates, fencing, and décor pieces made to customer specifications are final sale.

  • Gift Cards

  • Sale or Clearance Items

  • Installed or Altered Products


3. Custom Orders

Since most of our products are handcrafted and customized, custom orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


5. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. Contact us at order@ornateirondecor.com with your order details.

  2. Ship the product back to us at the provided return address.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).

  4. Once inspected, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.


6. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

  • If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please email us within the return window to arrange an exchange.
